HOW TO USE - Detailed description of how to use in instructions manual. GROUP HEAD BACK FLUSH CLEANING: Place 1 teaspoon (0.10-0.17 oz) of Caffenu cleaning powder in the blind filter. Start brew cycle for 10 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times. Remove portafilter and start brew cycle; rinse portafilter with water from group head. Remember to also brush group head. Reinsert portafilter with no powder and carry out flushing procedure twice to rinse. Make and discard an espresso.
WHEN TO USE - WEEKLY CLEANING OF FILTERS, HANDLES, HOLDERS, TRAYS, CUPS etc: Dissolve 2 teaspoons (0.28-0.35 oz) of Caffenu Cleaning Powder per 33.8 fl oz of hot water in a suitable container. Place objects to clean in solution for about 20 minutes, until parts are clean. Rinse thoroughly afterwards with fresh water. The benefits of cleaning weekly allows for fresh filters, handles, trays etc bringing a crisper experience when drinking your coffee.
