This is a pretty good rice cooker. The design looks very nice and I really like the ceramic inner pot. It is not sticky at all and very easy to clean after cooking. It also cooks the rice the way I wanted. When I use it to cook rice with sausage, the rice turns out to be soft and sticky overall but crunchy at the bottom. Bought this August last year. Love the product with its automatic functions for cooking anything you can think of (soup,stew, rice, and in between :). Easy operation. User friendly, easy to clean clay pot. Im addition, when the electric part went out of service in December, we got immediate response after emailing to their service department. Got a replacement shipped fast. And works again like a charm. Best cooker so far!

Update my review. I managed to find out the contact of customer service on the instruction book and reached out to the customer service. It sent me a replacement of the heating pot, and it works now. I would like to update the rating as it resolved the problem and it was very quick.I purchased it in September 2023, and it doesnt work anymore, just after 6 months. Such poor quality and there is no customer service for exchange or repair. Be cautious to buy it as it costs 135. I found some review

I have been using Tianji soup pot for more than 5 years. I have an old pot in my home, but I think its too big for me, so I was looking for a smaller soup pot when I bought this one.
