I use my River 2 sinewave power station in my off grid shed for low power electronics, indoor light, and 40 watt spotlight with a 5 minute timer set. it works perfectly as intended especially when paired with 110w solar panel so its always charged up and ready to go in the future! Its a solid built device especially when used as designed to serve low energy devices. RIVER 2 has 256Wh state of the art LiFePO4 Battery and a method to rapidly charge in 1 Hour, that's incredibly fast against my older end of life portable power products. Another nice to have, River 2 also connects to an app via Bluetooth which means future updates and improvements. At the current time of writing this review, Jan 20 2023 At a price of $249 I'd say its a fair asking price for the level of features you'll receive investing in this unit. If sales promotions price dips to sub $200, id say that's incredible value and time to jump and that's exactly how I received mine. Undoubtedly this portable power station anyone can find a use; let it be located at your place of work or a gathering where AC power is extremely limited or not readily available to you.First I'll address the size, its light weight and easy for anyone to carry or move. that's due to limited capacity but for two hundred and change in US dollars that's the going rate of LFE battery at about 1 USD to 1 watt hour. LifePO4 battery chemistry has been the answer to longevity over its big brother Lithium Ion that's commonly found in your smartphones. close to a decade of daily use verses 3 years on lithium ion. I don't know about you, the time it takes to charge is very important and that's incredible value this kind of battery chemistry! The app, is so easy to use. Go to the Appstore or Play Store: download the ecoflow app. Its so easy to connect no extra accessories to buy in doing so, best of all its free. It shows everything for power details at the ports. The only strange bug I've notice is if the low power devices under 14 watts don't show the power draw just the remaining power. Last, the small power station noise level is not noticeably loud when the fan comes on to cool itself down. A huge important over previous power stations especially at nighttime. My advice, curb your expectations for use of this device. NO high end equipment, Its not used for your coffee maker, hair dryer microwave or small fridge. there are bigger models of ecoflow power stations to serve those needs albeit triple the price tag. 256 WHr isn't a crazy ton of power storage and it maxes out at 300 watt continuous pull with x boast feature turned off to keep sinewave protection for s. In fact when the inverter is powered on, the invertor function will consume about a quarter of the storage to produce 12v/5v and 110v power output. Best advice, keep the ports off in order to preserve its storage until you need it to serve it use!last and important review is on ecoflow customer support. Now everyone experience can differ, mine was surprisingly great due to ecoflow support going above and beyond to make the matter right. Using amazon support I ran into a promotion offer for the additional accessory. At first Amazon supports message came with no empathy and the attitude of your mistake, sorry but your issue and please go away. after three calls for the same problem I was finally put in touch with ecoflow channel using amazon chat and email service. ecoflow was prompt to answer and worked on it to make it right. the delivery was fast at neck break speeds as we grown to enjoy and expect. Would I buy another product from EcoFlow, YES absolutely. Would I recommend, Absolutely assuming practical use came up in topic Ecoflow features in a small package is incredible. My only disclaimer is the life of the product. Although LifePO4 or LFE chemisty is a decade of use, I cant claim this unit will live up to daily use of this since its really new. Fast charge im sure will impact the life cycle, the mppt, charge controller and inverters are all failure points, however with a outstanding 5 year warranty, i'll happy believe ecoflow will be around for the next decade to deliver on that promise.

First off, it's a big battery. It's heavy and bulky. Can you carry it around Sure. It's a bit large but fits in a pocket or hoodie pocket just fine. Definitely wouldn't be comfortable lugging it around for a hike but fits in a backpack fine as well.People saying "not convenient for hiking" yeah No duh, why would you bring this hiking. Firstly, you're hiking, you probably don't have internet to begin with, so your battery shouldn't be dying that fast anyway, and second, why would you NEED a capacity this high for hiking, bring a smaller more convenient battery pack. Keep it in your backpack. Don't complain about the size when it's quite obvious it's going to be large and bulky. Durr. For my opinion. It's a good battery, it hold a humongous charge that lasts days. I see this as being perfect for road trips where you don't have to worry about holding it, just sit it in a cup holder or something and let it charge. No duh it takes a long time to re-charge it's 38k mAh. BUT it's not even that long. I saw reviews of people saying it takes FOREVER but never gave an actual time of charging. I charged it from dead and it took maybe 3-4 hours. Which is REASONABLE for 38 THOUSAND mAh!!!! Obviously it's going to take long to charge.[EDIT]: the product is not advertised to fast charge, but you can get it to fast charge by using a higher capacity wire. The wire provided with the pack will not fast charge due to its limitations but you can buy a higher capacity charging wire for a few bucks here on Amazon. After using the new wire for a few days it fast charges just like the original plug that came with my phone. So I recommend buying a fast charging wire if you don't want to wait 8hrs to charge your phone.TL;DR It's big and bulky and not comfortable to lug around in a pocket, but it holds charge for days with multiple uses, it takes a bit to re-charge but it's a large capacity so be patient. It does the job and charges the phone in reasonable amount of time. It isn't advertised as a fast charging device, but for the price compared to other brands it's good at what it does. And what it does is charge your device.

I recently had the pleasure of using the Portable Charger, 33800mAh Power Bank during my trip to Italy, and it exceeded all my expectations! This remarkable device quickly became an indispensable travel companion, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. The first thing that struck me was its impressive 33800mAh capacity, which meant I could charge my devices multiple times without worrying about running out of power. This was a lifesaver during long days of exploring Italian cities and capturing beautiful memories. What truly sets this power bank apart is its 22.5W fast charging capability. It charged my phone and tablet with lightning speed, allowing me to get back to enjoying my travels without unnecessary downtime. Plus, the multiple USB ports made it easy to charge multiple devices simultaneously, a feature I found invaluable when traveling with friends. The sleek and compact design made it easy to carry in my backpack or even my pocket, ensuring I always had a reliable power source at hand. I was particularly impressed by the robust build quality; it survived a few accidental drops without a scratch, a testament to its durability.Additionally, the LED display showing the remaining battery percentage was a practical touch, ensuring I never had to guess when to recharge the power bank itself. On top of all these practical features, the value for money is exceptional. It's clear that this power bank is designed with the traveler in mind, offering reliability, efficiency, and convenience at an affordable price point. In summary, this Power Bank deserves a solid 5-star rating. It made my trip to Italy hassle-free, ensuring my devices were always charged and ready to go. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a high-capacity, fast-charging power bank for their travels or daily life. It's a top-tier product that I'll continue to use and recommend to my friends and family.

First things first, I have a magnetic case for my S24U, hence why it can attach to it. So please be aware you need a case with a magnetic ring on it for it to stick to it. It works without the case but it will not stick, so you would have to have your phone laying on it flat.So I bought this power bank even though it says it's mainly for iPhones. Knowing that, I still took the gamble cause I like the appearance and the 10kmAh. It fits and holds strong on my phone, but since the camera lenses are lower than the iPhone, the power bank just BARELY fits perfectly flat. The lens guard on my case lifts up the top left corner but just BARELY. It's not noticeable at all unless you literally lift it up and stare at it. Even then, barely noticeable. So for me, it attaches perfectly and sticks to my phone pretty damn strong. Good battery life, fast charging on the battery and my S24U. Like I said, the only TINY itsy bitsy "issue" is that top left corner getting lifted only a TINY bit but it's basically unnoticeable. Not worth dropping a star just because of that because it's not even meant for the S24U to begin with.On the pictures, you can see how even at close range, you can't notice the lift from the lens guard on the case. Only when I zoom in even more can you barely see it. And it only looks more lifted because the the edges on the power bank have a curve that lifts. Which I believe is also what helps it sit more flush cause if it were entirely flat, you would notice the lift more. With that being said, if you have a S24U with a magnetic case, it will work, but if the lens guard on your case is a bit on the higher side, it might lift up the left corner of the power bank a bit more. Just be aware of that.Amazing product that I would recommend.

There are a lot of reviews saying solar panel doesn't work, can only charge phone a couple of times ect...It's all about reading the specks and math.Solar charging:This device is small. It's length and width is smaller than my galaxy s22 and only slightly thicker. I can easily carry it in my pocket. Putting an led in line between the Solar panel and the battery to indicate current flow is a very basic circuit. If the led that indicates the Solar panel is charging is on, there is current flowing to the battery and it is charging. There are excellent explanations in the question section which do a great job of explaining the math and why it would take probably over a week to fully charge this device. One review I read said the device would not fully charge with Solar. I "capped off" my phone from about 50% battery to 85% which used about one "bar" or one of the indicator let's. I then put it outside in the South Florida sun, in direct sunlight to see if I could fully charge it with the Solar panel. It took 3 days. It finally got back to a full charge. Am I disappointed, NO, that's about what I would expect. If you wanted to fully charge your phone, then recharge using Solar, the Solar panel would have to produce the same watage over a few hours that you used to charge your phone. You can do this with one of the folding Solar panels Amazon sells. These panels are huge in comparison to the tiny panel on this unit. It's all math and physics. Hurricane Andrew back in the day, we were without power for a little over a week. Thus device would have charged my phone once or twice, then it would probably take a week to recharge. Not what this device was designed for."I can only charge my phone a couple of times before recharging"Thus battery is small and easy to carry. If you are comparing power banks using the same technology, same type of battery, more capacity equals larger battery. Again math and physics. If the battery bank is about the same size as your phone, you are only going to get around 2 or 3 full charges with it. A power bank is basically all battery, so if the device is about the size of your phone the battery size inside is probably 2 or 3 times larger than the one in your phone. Thus expect 2 or 3 charges. Again math and physics. In an emergency situation, I would use this as a Solar flashlight. I have a larger power bank that is about the size of a lunchbox with a large folding Solar panel to charge it. Under perfect conditions I can recharge that device in about a day to day and a half. I recommend this device as long as you understand it's limitations. Remember it can fit in your pocket, It has wireless charging, and is inexpensive.BTW, the compass is just a novelty. If you are putting yourself in a situation where you need a compass for navigation, carry a real compass.
