This sleep mask is super soft, its real silk. Its the perfect size for my eyes and face to block out light. The strap is adjustable which is nice too. It came in a nice little box, this will definitely be useful for plane travel!

I use the cool compress every night and it has helped remarkably. The cool insert freezes well and in the very comfortable adjustable eye covering holds it coolness for hours. I like the soft feel of the covering and is easy to sleep in and blocks 100% of the TV light. I use the tv for background noise. A great buy for the price.

Very well packaged and presented which is appreciated as it elevates the user experience. The product itself is great, just the right amount of padding, well made, super soft and delicate. Only thing is I wish the strap was adjustable, as it fits just a bit lose but thats a preference.

This feels amazing when I have a headache. The cold doesnt last super long. However, It has a really soothing outside texture and I will probably buy another one for using when my migraines hit bad because of the shorter cold life.

Its a little bulky for side sleepers, but Ive learned how to get comfortable with it. Its worth it, comfortable to wear, padding around the eyes so it does not touch your eyelashes and it molds around the eyes and nose perfectly so no light gets in. I definitely get a much better sleep wearing this.

Didn't realize how well I sleep with a mask on. This mask completely seals out all light and stays secure on your head while sleeping. That being said I have a small head and it is a bit big, making it hard to sleep on my side or stomach. The texture s very soft. Great there. But still a bit bulky. Love the fact that the mask leaves space to keep your eye balls from touching the material. That feature is wonderful but one reason why the mask is a bit bulky. I chose to keep it because of that. I got these for both cold and hot during the healing phase post eye surgery. They worked so great as cold packs that were gentle and comfortable. There is a soft fuzzy side and a plastic side. I used both as the ice pack warmed up. Then, when I needed the warm option. The eye masks can be microwaved to heat. I did have an incident with one of the masks. I got distracted and heated the hot pack past the recommended time in the instructions, and the eye mask exploded. That was my fault though. If

I kept them in the refrigerator overnight and back in the freezer the next morning. Using one every hour, giving them more than enough time to re-freeze. Using them 10-15 minutes each time, an hour in between, I probably could have done it with one. I did use the blue side for the coldest use, also allowing me to clean it aft

I purchased these ice packs for my eye surgery to reduce the expected swelling. I should have bought two sets because of the wait time for them to freeze again. I one with the eye holes is good if you need to move around while icing. The fully closed one works the best, because the eyelids get very swollen. So if I was to buy them again from experience, I would buy this twin pack and two more of the full coverage packs. You can also speed up the freezing by setting the freezer to max cold. My do

I used it right away and warmed up the flaxseed mask for 15 seconds in my microwave. It was very comfortable and warm but not hot. I would not warm it for 30 seconds.
