I love this pillow. This pillow is comfortable for my neck because it has a firmness that I need. It also has a cooling quality that's not overdone. The pillowcase is quite comfortable as well. Please bear in mind the pillowcase is a bit difficult to get on and off but that does make it fit the pillow better for proper usage.

I'm loving this pillow so far! It's got a nice shape, being almost rectangular, but still rounded at the edges. The memory foam is squishy, but also oddly has some stiffness to it. It's a perfect balance between the two, and it allows the pillow to cradle my head while also giving it some support. I love it. I'm not sure what "cooling gel" this pillow uses, but it works alright. Whenever I lay my head down, there's a sense of coolness present. I wouldn't describe it as "cold", but it's alright.

I bought these for my mom cuz she needed pillows these came very fast and we were surprised that they were vacuumed sealed and look little little thin pillow but to our great surprised they grew to an actual big size and the covers come off of them for easy washing and they are so comfortable
