Note: This review is for the pullup bar alone; the elastic assist pull in my photos is mine and is not included with the bar. The bar was easy to put together -- just a few screws that you adjust based on the size of the doorway. We have it on a pretty standard bathroom doorway and it did just barely fit on the wider setting, but it does fit securely. The hardest issue was getting the metal security hook into the space between the molding and the wall at the top of the doorway -- it took my husb
A goal of mine for a while has been to build my upper strength and be able to do pull-ups. This has helped assist me with them, and I feel by using this more will help me do them on my own. I set this up over my doorframe pull up bar and it was fairly easy to get in and out of. Just be sure to keep a bench or sturdy stool nearby.
Easy to put together. Very straight forward instructions. The silicone that protects the doorway is very nice quality and seems to be incredibly durable. I did not utilize the adhesive silicone pieces as I fear they will peel the paint off the door way when removed.The ability to adjust the width of the bar across various doorways is a huge plus. This system doesnt disappoint. It is easy and quick to assemble. Its sturdy and is holding up well with use. I feel its safety holding my weight. I enjoy the accessories and love that it can be used in a multitude of ways, not just in the door. This is a great product.
Never got around to using it for its designed purpose, but I don't doubt it would work well for what it' designed for.Ended up using it to dull the thudding sound of our bed post. It helped only a tad, but a different fabric would work better.

Arrived two day earlier than scheduled, very well packed and padded. Assembly easy as most of the bar and handles are pre-welded so only two threaded bolts required. Very sturdy, several different grip handles for variety and nicely wrapped EZ grips. Even included lat hanging straps. Definitely would recommend this bar assembly.
Does just what it says . The bands aren't that great but the bar is great.
This thing is solid. It comes already assembled, and its sturdy as hell when on the frame. It doesn't bounce at all with my 220 lbs of meat on it.
I love that I didnt have to put any holes in anything to make this work. It was very easy to install and came with good directions. I put it in a small alcove so that I didnt have to put it in a door way, but make sure you are putting it on studs so you dont put holes in your drywall. Holds great for the whole family.
My kids love the pull up bar. It is sturdy and stable. Setting up is a breeze with less than 5 mins spent from Unpacking yo setting it on the door frame.
