First day of wear: Surprisingly comfortable, though I'm feeling some intermittent ever-so-faint stings, causing me to be concerned that it may pinch my foot, cut off circulation slightly and cause discomfort over time. I am a women's US size 10.5. Maybe it will stretch over time and avoid the circulation issue Will update as daily experience offers more useful information.Fourth day of wear: Perfect. These came in handy for my daughter's new shoes so they didn't cut into the back of her heels. She also was slipping out of her shoes when she had to wear stockings for a wedding, but I added 2 of these into each shoe & she said they were very soft & comfy. So it worked out all day long with no issues & never came off. They stayed put. 2 sets come in a pack & I highly recommend them for not only comfort & support but also if your child's shoe is a tad big on them. These will do the trick. Like I

I bought these for a trip to Thailand. I would be visiting temples with my husband and in laws. They require removal of shoes which have my inserts. I was so worried prior to our trip with everything I had to pack to relieve my severe foot pain. These were amazing! I love shoes but finding the perfect fit can be challenging. For me, size 6 feels a bit too tight but 6.5 sometimes is a bit too big depending on a brand. And I dont enjoy the break them in process, especially when I get blisters on my heels. This product solves both problems! It sticks well, its comfortable and not noticeable. I like that they come in 2 colors so I can choose based on the shoe insole color.

I cut and repositioned the metatarsal pad in my pics at least 7 times and still it's plenty sticky. I nearly couldn't pull it off the lid I photographed it on.As you can see it has thickness so take that into consideration. These aren't as flat as Pedaqs.They have a gooey cushy feel and a suedish surface that prevents sliding nicely.I don't recommend cutting them. You are left with a blunt edge that you may not like having to get used to.

These insoles hold up pretty well to daily wear.
