So easy to use in the water filter system I bought for my pups. They just pull out and insert another. The filter apparently works because there is always discoloration when I remove the old one, and I only want the best for my pets. An added bonus was the sponge filter that goes under the filter. I did not realize I needed to replace those. The last place I ordered from only sent the filters sans sponges. Kudos for sending both.
It was loud my cat loved it but it stopped working after 8 months. Update this company is amazing they reached out to me after I left my review and apologized that my water fountain stopped working after 8 months and offered me a full refund. If youre thinking about buying your cat a water fountain I definitely recommend this one they actually care about their customers. Also my cat really loved the fountain after it stopped working he was really sad so I bought him a different one from a diffe
So far love everything about this water fountain! It' sleek and small design but, holds more water than any of my previous fountain. My girls ran up to it right away and drank for a solid 10 minutes.Best part.... It' silent! There is no loud running bubble of water!Easy design to put together, easy to clean, and at an amazing price point for all cat owners.This is definitely a must need in every cat lover house!

Good product, but follow the filter placement orientation as shown in the instructions. The channels between both charcoal sections needs to be facing left/right. See review photo. Otherwise the water draining will restrict itself too much around the filter and make the tray overflow onto the floor.

Being descendants of desert animals, most domestic cats don't drink enough and they are thus prone to kidney and other serious health issues. This is why we have always had a fountain of some sort for our 4 legged family members since the recirculating water encourages adequate hydration.Our current choice is the VEKEN 84oz model with which we could not be more pleased.Originally purchased in November 2019, it has been in continuous use for over 4 years without a problem or concern of any sort.

Editing this review because although the pump did not work for me, the business itself and prompt communication was AMAZING. They sent me replacement pumps, and I ended up upgrading to their Stainless Steel fountain, for them to send me a gift of some filters for my patience in the matter. This business is worth it to me because of the customer service and the overall products. I had had my original fountain for a while so an upgrade isnt the worst thing to happen. :) I will be staying with Vek
Everyone started to using the water fountain craze since about maybe a few years now...so I got a brand called Veken white with blue trimming colors. This product is for the water filter and needs to be change every 40 to 60 days (how I am using it because I tried to maintained the cleanliness of the water every week). Originally I gave 1 star after the pump died but the company immediately reached out and offered to make it right and reminded me of the 2 year warranty. My fountains working again with its new pump.I had purchased one of these fountains over 2 years ago. It worked great and never gave me an issue. A house sitter accidentally dropped it when refilling it and that required me to get a new one. The new one looks the same and the new pump seemed to be an improvement but I was mistaken.
