This garlic press is the only one that we use since we first purchased it several years ago. It makes crushing garlic so fast & simple. It' also too easy to clean by simply rinsing under cold water after the garlic has been scraped off the inner & outer sides. I can't see it wearing out & coming apart like previous garlic crushers we've used have. We like the Vantic Garlic Crusher Rocker so much that we gave one as a gift to our daughter & son-in-law. Wet your press before you start, and knife then cloves/garlic will not stick... Have to cut the tips off the cloves before putting them in the silicon tube. The pressing straight down is just till the clove starts to show in the holes so the cloves don't move out from under the press when you start the rocking, then continue to do some pressure with rocking back and forth to press the cloves through the holes, it doesn't take alot of strength, add more cloves and repeat till desired amount, use

I bought one of these for my new cast iron cookware. I've seen the TV chefs using them rather than the typical spatula so I thought I would give it a try. Here' what I like about it:1. Bright finish. This looks really nice. Gift nice. You just need a nice bag or box. You know, however, that the nice finish isn't going to last when used in cast iron. I've already scraped it enough times to dull the finish at the tip of the spatula. It hasn't hurt the effectiveness so I'm still happy.2. Non-slip

I actually love this garlic press. So much more convenient and a lot easier to clean than those small handheld crush type of garlic presses. Those are hard to clean and basically do one clove at a time. With this one just put down as many cloves as you want and go to town! It is smaller than I expected but that ended up being a good thing as was so easy to handle. And after using it I found that the size was just perfect for having a great feel while pressing the garlic. I VERY highly recommend

UPDATE 10-4-17: I received a free replacement clock last week, and it works perfectly. It looks great on my desk and I've already received a few compliments on it. It' not loud at all which is great (I don't like the traditional ticking sound of clocks in a silent office), but if you're listening for it you can hear when the minute changes. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the customer service in receiving a free clock due to the first clock not working, and the product itself is great for the

This item works great for garlic. With little pressure and rocking motion is smashes garlic with ease and is alot easier to clean then my other garlic press. So glad I purchased. Makes making garlic puree so simple now. You can just push down with this you have to push and rock back and forth.

I use a lot of fresh garlic & this gadget is easy to use & clean . Any bits stuck in the holes comes out easy with the little brush . The peeler is amazing and saves a lot of time . Simple, sturdy, this press is perfect. I prefer it to the Oxo good grips, which broke at the hinge after a few years. Whats especially useful is the smooth face on the expeller side, which allows you to shave garlic into still smaller pieces as it comes out.

I was NOT expecting this to be so well made as it is. I thought I was going with a cheaper option given the extremely affordable price (especially compared to others on here) and Ill be damned it is HEAVY and SO BEAUTIFUL!
