I love making my own burger patties because I get to season them the way I like. I love that they come with the hamburger paper. It' clutch to prevent them from sticking to the mold. The burgers stick to the sidewalls a little, but I just slam it upside down onto a silicone cutting mat, which is good enough for me. If you use colder meat, I think the fat would be more solid and stick less.The molds are definitely sized for up to 1/3lb burgers, and no more. I had a little extra meat left, so I t

My husband loves it. He was excited to use it, and yeah he made alot of patties with it. In cleaning side, we find it difficult and we dont want to mess around underneath, in between of sides. So the Cons, You just need alot of burger patti (parchment paper) sheets to use and layered each from the base and above the patti to not get it dirty. But its useful and helps.

Definitely speeds up the process of making burgers that are uniform and cook thoroughly. Doesnt stick and is easy to clean. I wish I had gotten the smaller one though. These are big boys! If you like a 1/2 on burger this is the one for you. I have not tried freezing hamburger in it.

I bought this with the intention of making cookies. Made the dough and put it into the little behive shapes. They froze perfectly and came out very easily (even without oil/butter on the silicone.) Would definitely buy again!

We loved this so much we gifted it to friends and they also loved it! They especially like to use it for camping trips. We primarily use it for making uniform hamburger patties for the BBQ grill and other doesnt disappoint, so easy! And no burger crammed in your fingernails. You dont have to use every slot, sometimes we thaw out a smaller pack of hamburger and only use about half of the slots. It is also good for freezing patties. We love it! The only downside is that putting in the dishwasher

The quality is good, easy to clean and wonderful for freezing stock for soups and stews. I also freeze homemade sauce for italian dishes so l can pop out just a few to make a quick dinner for myself.

This is the perfect tool for freezing soups and stocks in one-cup increments. The frozen cubes pop out cleanly and all but effortlessly. And the tray can be cleaned up in dishwasher. I wrap the cubes tightly in cling wrap to prevent freezer burn, tape the wrap down with freezer tape, mark the tape with the contents and date, and then they can be kept for months. Nine of these cubes fit perfectly in a 1gal Ziplock Freezer Bag. The cubes are almost square, so they stack well. Storing just the product frozen solid and wrapped in cling film (no jar or container) is very space-efficient in the freezer.
