Calcium is absorbed easily, reaches the bone mass, supports a healthy immune system
First, it was delivered on time in good condition. I love the ease of chewing these low sugar gummies with Calcium, Magnesium, boron, and other synergistic nutrients. It sure beats trying to swallow horse sized pills that scratch my throat. These gummies have a slight lemony taste and are not sticky. They dissolve well with minimal chewing. I also like that they are made from plants and not ground up rocks.

This form of omega 3 fatty acids provides healthy fats without any negative side effects. The addition of PS also has a soothing effect. The gummies taste really good and they are sweetened cleanly with 0 sugars and no sugar alcohols. (stevia and monk fruit). This supplement is great addition to a longevity-focused health regimen. Will continue to use.
I usually buy another brand. Tried this cause it was cheaper and it was a gummy. I've used it for about a week. So far so good. The taste is not bad.

I can't say enough good about this product. Initially I was attracted to the fact that it is produced in the u.s. and Canada, it has 5htp ( serotonin production), L-theanine, lemon balm, magnesium ( essential for being awake and asleep) & the ASHWAGANDA has taken away my horrible nightmares that keep me from sleeping deeply. I wake up over 5 to 6 times a night with pain and restlessness between dreams and when I take the ashwaganda supplements I sleep heavy and might not even get up once (which is very odd for me) I have fibromyalgia and it actually makes me get up somewhat not tired.I had started with melatonin at first, but then I found this. It helps my blood sugar stay lowered, have less anxiety, (needed the 5-HTP) and the ashwaganda is supposed to help with all including sleep. The **extra bonus was not expected but it is taking away my crippling nightmares. I wake up with sleep paralysis and cannot get out of sleep. Taking ashwagandha has eliminated that somehow. I don't know if it'll help everyone like it has me, but it' been a lifesaver!UPDATE: I am still taking this for restful sleep, lowered anxiety and stress and other reasons I named above. I have to keep taking it or my nightmares come back. (It is crazy as I never thought there was anything that would make them go away.) I read another review where the person said it made them frustrated.( That can be a unwanted side effect of taking this Ashwaganda) that is something you need to think about before taking any supplement. It was worth the try for me, it worked correctly. I have Fibromyalgia, am going through peri-menopause and chronic fatigue. I need as much sleep as I can get. it also gives me time to think about what I am saying before spouting out something I didn't really want to say. Sometimes my Anxiety gets the best of me but this supplement gives me a calmness that I wasn't capable of before.This stuff gets an A+ two thumbs up, 5 stars....all of it.

I like that they are all natural. I had doubts about these gummies or any helping me sleep. but they really work in about 15 minutes and taste good too. I would highly recommend.

Several I've tried were very gritty and not pleasant in texture, or had a weird aftertaste, but these are great! I was worried the turmeric would be too strong, but it's hardly noticeable at all. Definitely recommend!
