 I was pleasantly surprised by this mixer. It's light weight and easy to carry. Small enough to hide away in the cabinet or a shelf somewhere. Very easy to clean up as well. The bowl is rather large and easily held a 2lb bag of powdered sugar to use for icing. I love the splash guard, it makes it easy to add ingredients as you go. I have only made sugar cookies and icing, but it worked perfectly and really mixed the ingredients well. Only scraped the bowl down once ! The mixer arrived in perfect condition along with all the accessories (dough hook, whisk head, mixing head, egg separator, spatula, mixing bowl, bowl cover).Beautiful candy red color and nice finish, no scratches.The mixing heads have a wonderful non-stick coating that makes it easy to release the dough.Right out of the box, I made Prosciutto Bread for the first time. The dough mixed perfectly and the machine ran strong even when loaded with the meat, about 3 pounds. It is a very heavy mixture and the machine ran strong and relatively quiet.It has 6 speeds and a pulse function. Really easy to setup and use.I also made chocolate chip cookies and it mixed in the chocolate morsels very well.I used the egg separator while making crème brûlée, because I’m terrible at separating eggs by hand. This tool simplified the process and enabled me to successfully separate the yolks I needed for the recipe.I included a few pictures of the machine and the bead. I should have taken more pictures of the dough on the hook, which slid off the hook easily.Next, I’m going to make butter for the first time. This machine is opening up another world for me.I’m very happy. I have no complaints, it was a very satisfying purchase. I always wanted a mixer like this but couldn’t justify the expense. This kit is justifiably priced.I am now the chef of the future!

Also it mixes 3-4 cookie dough batches at a time and shows no signs of distress. That equals less work for me. And it's so light weight. It's incredible. I highly recommend this mixer.

I've used it only twice. Once for a pie merengue and mashed potato's. It did a fabulous job on both. In fact, the merengue was so thick, it could cut it into squares and pick them up with a fork. It did a fabulous job on the potato's too. I'm going to try the rest of the features out soon. I find anything I don't like, I'll update this.At the moment the only thing they could improve on is allowing the user to raise the the head while it's still spinning. This would make it a lot easier to spin off the food that's still on the whisk and other tools. This isn't a deal breaker. It's just a minor inconvenience.I love the 10 speeds. And I like light on the speed knob. The bowl cover is also nice. It comes in handy when mixing powdery stuff like cocoa.It comes with so many attachments and parts. The instructions say to wash everything first. Glad I have a dishwasher.The quality of this seems to be good. the only plastic parts were ones that will not need to be sturdy.

I increased my 2 cup of flour recipe to 5 cups of flour and it worked like a dream. Mixed my wet ingredients so easily as well as when I added my dry ingredients. Everything was perfectly blended. Recipe turn out fantastic. The suction cups that adhere to the countertop are very sturdy, mixes all ingredients perfectly. Smooth running. Easy to clean. In my opinion, great value for your money. I recommend this mixer.

I purchased this mixer to replace an expensive brand name that only lasted me about a year.Looking for the best value and biggest size; I Stumbled across this one and fell in love with the Rose gold accents against the bright white.It’s an absolutely gorgeous appliance.its sleek and durable finish makes it very easy to keep clean too.I have owned many stand mixers in my lifetime and this is by far the most powerful one i have used.Very importantly, The suctions on the bottom keep it firmly in place and It whips up potatoes effortlessly!Big enough for a family of 6 and does a great job at keeping all of the ingredients inside.It’s easy to operate and The different attachments interchange smoothly. The bowl cleans up well in the dishwasher.I’ve also noticed that it operates much quieter than the model it replaced.I am so Very pleased by the quality of this mixer.Totally Worth the the price!!
