I'm in love with this tea cup! It came a lot earlier than I thought! Everything came in tack!First those wondering if its microwave safe it' not recommended, the gold paint will heat up and possibly crack the tea cup

Beautiful tea pot!I bought this tea pot for after I move into my first house. I will be throwing a big tea party for my 4 Sister-in-law'.I wanted something Asian-ish but English and this tea pot has both! I will be buying the rest of the set once it' up for sale!Also the color is not really blue, it' more like a blueish green, but I still love it!!!

I was looking for a teapot to help me drink more tea/water and less sugary sodas. I wanted something classic, but not outdated, and this teapot popped up in my search. My goodness, was it beautiful! The appearance sold me, and I fell in love when it arrived in the mail. It was packed remarkably well and was very easy to rinse for the first use. It' very high quality, with foil edging on the flowers that catch the eye every time the lighting shifts. The teapot itself is very sturdy and, if filled more than halfway with water, can become a little heavy. Something this high quality is a bargain for the $26 I paid! My only wish is that there was a place to buy matching teacups. I bought some plain white ones from another vendor, but would have loved something with the same pretty blue flowers as this teapot.

From my experience and being fortunate enough to have a collection to compare this pot with this is a really high quality teapot. I use it daily. I love it so much this is the 2nd one Ive bought with a third on the way for my black teas. The clay the artisan uses actually does enhance the tea. I have a few pots from Japan made from the famous Banko Yaki clay crafted by the Human City Treasure of Yokkaichi City of Mie P
