Initially had it in the garage and it was not working well because the garage temp was about 25 degrees. Moved it to the basement where its about 65 degrees and it works great. Takes a little bit to warm up, but once it does youre going to sweat your butt off. I took the hose that goes into the reservoir off and it works much better that way. Great choice for a budget friendly and convenient option!
The table itself once put together looks great and is sturdy, though it' not as tall as most other coffee tables (so definitely check the height).Putting it together was a bit more difficult than most others I've built- including a step which is misleading and there is no going back from. Its a really nice coffee table ! It was not hard at all to put it together . Its obviously glass so you do have to clean it a lot! But the material and product is really really nice! On another note my box did not say fragile at all the box was really bent and messed up, holes etc.. so definitely a gamble but I would get it definitely worth a risk but other then that its a solid buy :)

Way weaker than advertised, gets a little bit hotter than a steamy shower but it is NOT a sauna. Barely got above 100F and frequently turned off during use. About 3 weeks after I got it using 2-3 times a week it blew a fuse or short circuited while pre heating - smells like burned hair and melted plastic, screen is dead. Returning this.

I took back a rented cooler back to the supplier. I should have done this years ago. The hot water is way hotter than the first cooler.
You get what you get for the price. The dispenser is not as tall as I thought and is very lightweight. Everything works. And the only thing I found odd about it is that the little legs at the bottom of the dispenser was a little uneven but I was able to put something underneath one of the legs to make it stable. Other than that, the dispenser is very well made.
Both hot and cold-water work really well.
I received this and the hot water would not work for anything. I'd waited so long to decide to buy it, I started to keep it and just use it with no hot water. However, I filled out a return and it was replaced very quickly and the hot water works! I don't know what I was thinking! I love that hot cocoa/tea maker!!!thanks
