Clear winner! Well, of course, I didn't compare every product available, but out of the half-dozen or so I chose to test, this one shined! I was going on a mission trip to Liberia. I was told that access to electricity was scarce and that even when you are hooked up to electrical service, it isn't reliable. So true! I wanted a extension cord reel with 12ga wire for my 3 car garage in my home for some time now. I use an extension cord almost weekly, so this cord reel makes this job much easier. The 40 foot cord length reaches everything I need it to in my large 3 car garage and out in my driveway as well since I mounted on the side wall near one of the overhead garage doors. The 12ga cord appears to be of good quality and the lighted triple outlet clear end has been useful and let' you know when it' hot. T

Great value, great product, it does what its supposed to do for a great price. I can charge two USB items while using the plugs for other things without taking up any room on the strip, so that is a big plus for me. The cord is very sturdy and the plugs are angled to the side, so they don't interfere with the lower outlet. I'm very happy with them.

I have many of these power strips for my many computer work areas. Having a good regulated power supply is crucial to protect for your electronics long life! I live on Long Island where the lines are often hit by lightning, AND the power company is lax about line voltage regulation.Nice unit! This unit has a gas discharge tube [GDT] surge protector.
